JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As one of the unit's three staffing assistants will be on parental leave starting in June this year until August next year, we are looking for her replacement.

Do you smile when you hear the words "administration" and "competence supply" in the same sentence? Are you an early riser and available for work on weekdays and every third weekend? Do you enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once and are good at solving puzzles and problems? Then this might be the job for you!

As a staffing assistant with us, your main task will be to staff our operations, particularly residential care, home care, and disability services with temporary staff - supported by our staffing system, Medvind.

You will communicate daily via phone, email, and Teams with colleagues in the relevant operations and with our most important resource - our temporary staff. You will check if newly hired temporary staff's smart cards work as intended and register their permissions in our documentation system Combine, as well as receive visitors at the unit and guide them correctly. You will also contribute to the continuous development of the operations - to find smarter ways to work and optimize resources. Depending on your background, you may also work with other responsibilities.

Since the schedule you will follow rotates on a three-week basis, with a total of 14 shifts, you will, in addition to two free weekends, also have one weekday off each week (one Monday, one Wednesday, and one Friday). You will also have access to flexible working hours.

Your working hours will be weekdays from 06:30 to 15:30 and every third weekend from 06:30 to 13:15.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you need to have a high school diploma from a relevant program or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way. If you have practical experience from a similar role, it is an advantage. To perform your duties, you need to be able to handle the tools of the trade, such as a computer and mobile phone, without any problems. Experience with the staffing system Medvind, the documentation system Combine, and the email system Outlook is an advantage. If you do not live within walking distance, a driver's license (B) and access to your own car is a requirement to be at work by 06:30 when staffing opens.

As a person, you have the ability to make quick and clear decisions, both independently and together with others. You are a team player who is good at building networks and collaborates well with people in various contexts and functions. You have the ability to carefully analyze and assess different types of data to draw well-considered conclusions and create effective solutions. Planning and organizing your work is no problem as you find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and complete activities. You deliver and work in a systematic and methodical way and are keen on doing a good job. You are flexible and can adapt to changing conditions at short notice.

OTHER

As staffing assistants have a rolling vacation schedule, your summer vacation this year will be scheduled sometime between June 1 - July 6 and next year between July 5 - August 1. You decide whether to take three or four weeks of vacation during each period!
